Ability to apply streaming Bing Maps imagery to Scalable Meshes

Adding the ability to select the Bing Maps Terrain source from Bing Maps, any Scalable Meshes or even Terrains) would be an excellent and very powerful enhancement to the visualisation and presentation of design data for review.

As the Bing Maps terrain data is naturally not as accurate as data we bring from our models, this makes the utilisation of Bing Maps limited. The ability to stitch them together (like what ConceptStation and other apps) would enable this data to utilised to its full potential.
