Show all issue types in Design Review for Issue Creation

Allow users to select the issue type from all types defined for the project, like the issue creation in PDF Markup tool

The Issue forms are now visible, thank you, however the Issue/Form Type is missing Which make it difficult to know where on the issue dashboard the issue got created. On the Issue Dashboard the Type in the top left corner is the starting point for managing the issue, and the user needs to flip through all types to find where the issue got created.
