Add recently used data sources when creating instant on job Merged

When using iTwin Synchronization Portal (InstantON), and with ProjectWise URL, you must enter the ProjectWise Datasource URL each time you execute a connection. This is a request to have the list of 5-10 most recent URLs retained in a drop-down list so the user does not have to enter the path manually.
