When iModel history is displayed at Progress page, using "Named versions" and "Changes tabs" it would be nice to have an abilityto reload the list to update the page with real state (when a new commit is done at the same time).

A further (but more complex) enhancement can be an icon displayed automatically when the commit is done and the page content is not up-to-date.
