Honor DGN Nesting settings for Synchronization Processing

We seem to be processing an exponential amount of references during synchronization due to DGN processing not honoring the Nesting settings of the DGNs we are synching.


Having this use the DGN files Nesting setting for references would minimise potential synch errors due to some of the references that may issues and minimise synch time for large models.

    It would be even better when it would be possible to control nesting depth in the synchronization tool.
