This is a request from a user after reviewing Navigator connect. They wanted to issue iPads/android devices to Rebar engineers with pre dimensioned models showing Rebar. They would choose to extract a small part of the model that related to a work instruction, not the entire model. They want the engineer to be able to rotate the model to any orientation when onsite and to have the dimensions still be orthogonal to the camera. We do this is MicroStation with View independent text. This could be extended to other visual queues as well.
