Feature that allow us to revert to a previous iModel state

We need a feature that allow us to revert to a previous iModel state, if the change was unintended and was pushed to iModelBank. The features would remove the unintended change, including all following changes, and Named Versions created on changes that are being deleted.

    Would the clone iModel enable this ?
    ie you could clone to a specific changeset
