Select model in Model tree and view details / highlight elements

Similarly to what is done for elements in the model tree, it would be useful to be able to select a model and view properties. When models have long names, it's hard to see them in the tree. It would also be good to be able to select all elements in that model easily to locate it

    This sounds like a basic feature to me, surprised it's still not there.
