Importing of issues

I am planning to use the import issues tool to import data from csv and visualise it with an Issue Resolution flag in iTwin. The only way to import them seems to be by decimal Lat/Long. It would be nice to be able to import these issues using x,y,z coordinates too.

    But these issues that you import... You get them as a flag in the itwin? Because i dont.
