I have created a form that uses "created name" and "assigned to" name fields.

If I manually create an issue with the form, export the issue as a csv, delete the issue in the imodel and re-import using the csv (without amending anything) it fails.

It appears that the export to csv doesn't export the email addresses and simply exports the user name. The import requires the email address.

It would be nice if the exported data matched the import requirements.
