Add auto-refresh to Adhoc iTwin Design Review

Currently Adhoc iTwin Deesign Review required constant refreshes to see updates of the model processing progress, etc.


Having this page automatically reload at a practical interval would make the interface much more refined and efficient in providing information and feedback to the user.
