Turn off camera automatically when viewing 2D and 3D geometry in Design Review

When 2D and 3D data (for example, synchronized in from OpenRail design) is viewed in Design Review, often they appear misaligned as the camera is enabled by default.

Have the camera toggled off when 2D data is enabled automatically before Saved Views are saved would reduce the misalignments.
