iTwinSynchronizer Installation

The installation of iTwinSynchronizer sits in the c:\users\UserName\appdata\local directory. So if multiple users are using the same VM, then they will have to install their own copy of iTwinSynchronizer. This is 2Gigs big and depending on the connectors you use, it can grow larger. So if we allow the user to install it at some neutral location, all the users can access the same copy of the install folder and save a lot of space and efforts.
