It would be useful for migrating existing design review processes to the imodelhub if the saved views that have already been set up in the source i.dgns could be imported to the Design Review App.

This feature is already available in the Design Review app. You can toggle to show all saved views from either the iModel Index screen or saved view dialog which will show you saved views created in the source applications.
