Update imodel display name in model tree when the name is changed in iModel Manager

After imodel name is updated in iModel Manager, Design Review model tree still displays old/initial name. Please keep both in sync.

    This is clearly a defect rather than an enhancement request.

    I have found that if I clone the iModel, the correct model name information is populated to the design review ribbon and the model tree.
