When the Issues list is toggled on and an issue is opened, the notes section doesn't contain accurate or useful information. For example when a status is changed from the configured workflow the notes only says "Status changed to Status"; however, if you view the same issue from the Issues Resolution service on the Audit Trail section, it will show that the status has change by indicating "Status - 1.1 Requires Attention", which come from the configuration workflow" in forms, with additional information when expanded, see attached image. Design Review should adopt the exact same interface as Issue Resolution as much as possible for consistency of use.
