Itwin connector gets updated almost every couple of weeks for enhancement, schema mapping etc. With the recent update in the connector, our imodels (with openbridge file) got affected and are now not showing any element metadata. Potential culprit could be that OBM element doesnt have the correct schema to map hence metadata are lost.
At the moment All Bentley civil (Openroads, openbridge, openrail etc) software are using the same connector “Bentley Civil”. As the modelling approach varies for each software and changes/update in a single connector (Bentley Civil) could potentially cause issues like this. To minimised the risk, I have raised a new itwn idea for Bentley to create separate connectors for all their Bentley Civil Softwares.
