Section by range (Box) to rotate

It would be useful if we can able to rotate section by range box. This help to visualise the angular shape building model.

Rotating a section Box or cut plane Merged

Feedback from the team suggests that a function to rotate the cut plane or box volume of a section would be useful especially when working with oddly shaped designs
