we have been utilising the new microstation feature "named presentation" https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/web/OpenPlant%20Modeler%20Help-v9/en/NamedPresentation.html

at the moment, when an element has a named presentation applied, itwin only syncrhonizes the plan named presentation element and not the 3D element.

two options

1. itwin to have a named presentation option in its view attributes to turn it on or off similar to microstation view attributes

2. itwin completely ignores any named presentation and ensures that it only shows 3D elements that has named presentation applied.
