Pull references from a Revit masterfile

Add ability for the Bentley iModel Connector for Revit to pull references from a Revit masterfile, to avoid having to manually add all of the referenced files to the connection.

    I discussed this with our Revit Application Devlopment Lead and he suggests 2 things.

    1) When connecting to a master Revit model, the connector should be able to target a "view" within the project.

    2) When extracting the data from that view, the data extracted should be "What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG)"


    Due to revit being able to store many project options, extracting ALL data is not reliable. Depending on the particualr project, there may be a lot of data that is NOT required or wanted in the iTwin.

    Targeting a "View" will allow the Revit design team to manage the data that is extracted to the iTwin
