More issue filtering options in design applications

Missing filtering options in Issue manager in Design Applications. Why is following filtering options currently not possible in MicroStation:

1) Filter issues based on discipline role

2) Filter issues based on design model

Right now you either see all issues for the whole projects or for the actual user.
