Improve Error Messages

The sync issues information dashboard does not provide adequate detail for the admins to troubleshoot and correct the issues. As you can see in the attached image the error messages highlighted have nothing to do with the file listed. Presenting the information in this manner leads to wasted efforts on the admins part.
