Support Navisworks PointCloud data

To minimise rework, and the need to generate PointCloud data in multiple formats, I'd request that the ReCap data stored in a Navisworks NWD/NWC file be recognised in iTwin.

Currently, that object type is not recognised.

I have a ReCap Point Cloud that I want to add to an iTwin imodel. As ReCap is not a supported format, I appended it to a Navisworks project and then published the project, including the PointCloud. I have then connected that NWD to my iTwin imodel using the NWD connector.
