Saved views in the original dgn do not appear the same way in iTwin Design Review. Some views were laid out to focus on a specific element with all other levels turned off, but all iTwin Design Review does is zoom in on the element.

(example: A saved view of a pier and its rebar in the dgn turns off everything but that pier and its reinforcement levels and zooms in on that pier. In iTwin Review, when I select that saved view, the only change is the viewer zooms in on that specific pier - all superstructure, earth, and road levels are still on.)
