Top View Oreintation

When selecting the top view oreintation in the rotation cube the model should rotate so that top view is with north point up.  It seems to go to the closest direction on top view when clicked now.

    This is currently available if you click the top orientation a 2nd time.

    The first click will go to top but retain the closest orientation. If you click a second time it will orient with North as up.
