Version Compare Utilization in Cross Section View

Enable the cross section view to show the version compare results including new, modified, and removed components. It is very difficult to review overlapping components in the 3D view, so being able to use version compare with the perpendicular cross section view would be extremely helpful. Currently; version compare components can only be viewed in the 3D model.

See attached screenshot for current functionality; note the difficulty to see the minor changes in ramp cross-slope in the 3D view, and how the red components should show up in the cross-section view for review.
